How Do I Save My Pc And Stop It From Dying?!?

I got a virus in my computer, the virus randomly poops up websties when im online, or when i click on a link fro example a link from somthing i googled it send me to this ramdom pages. My internet explorer also keeps on saying that there was an error so it keeps shutting down. I already scaned my compuer several times and all it catches is a tracking cookie, It never picks up any virus. Also one of the sities that popped up was about norton popping up sites and had people's comments of how annoying that was. It was a Norton site(wich pooped up too) I dont know if that is even relevant to this. Does anyone know what i can do about this, or how i could take the virus off? i dont wanna have to buy another antivirus? Please Help, my computer is even slower now and the sites are super annoying i cant even search anything either. Thanks guys I appreciate it

If I Get A Virus On Windows 7 Through Boot Camp On A Mac Will It Spread To The Mac?

I have a Dell Latitude Laptop using Windows XP. I took it to Geek Squad because it was skipping and the freezing up when I played DVDs or any kind of audio. When it freezes I have to turn it off witut shutting it down. It also wouldn't freeze right away..it freezes into about 10 minutes of playing the DVD. It was also making weird noises when it froze. Best Buy informed me that the noise wasn't any hardware issue, but the kind of noise the computer makes when it's frozen. They said nothing was wrong hardware wise, and that I had 6 viruses on the laptop. Well now, all those viruses are removed, and my laptop is still skipping and freezing when I play DVDs..to the point where I have to turn off the computer without shutting it down. Also, now it freezes and makes a weird noises when I'm not playing any audio. If it's not viruses, and geek squad said everything is fine with the computer physically, then what is it?

My Computer Keeps Restarting !?

Im using my iPod right now to type all of this at the moment. Anyways, my computer needs a password. So I enter the password, it says connected. Then the computer tries to connect, but it doesn't, and I have to re enter a password. Problem is Idk the password. Im afraid to ask my dad because if its a virus, he'll kill me. But, any help? Do You Need A Internet Connection For Installing Microsoft 2007 Home & Student And Kaspersky Anti-virus 2010?

So i had this virus, Security Tool, so i removed it manually by watching a video on youtube. then when i removed it, the next time i logged onto my computer it said Windows could not find Logon.exe. I've tried System Restore (I have an XP by the way) and I don't know what to do next. Do i need to pay for someone to fix it!?
